Aliana has such a powerful and calming presence that every time I speak with her she instantly puts me at ease. I know I'm in a safe space with her and am able to open up to her in ways that I'm not with others, so we can really dive into what's holding me back. Every time I've spoken with Aliana, she's helped me explore my issue and come up with different ideas, but more importantly a different perspective and way of looking at things so I can move forward and feel like I have the tools to do so. Aliana is an amazing coach and I love working with her!
